Issuance History

On the issuance history screen, you can see at a glance all the certificates you have issued so far, and perform various follow-up actions for each recipient.

In the history items, you can check the following:

  • Recipient name: The real name or nickname of the user who received the certificate.
  • Issued certificate: The title of the issued certificate is displayed together with the badge image.
  • Issuance number: The certificate’s unique number, used for search or verification.
  • Status: Icons indicating the usage status of the certificate are displayed.
    • Issued: Whether the certificate has actually been issued
    • Received: Whether the recipient has viewed the certificate
    • LinkedIn share: Whether the recipient has shared the certificate on LinkedIn
    • Other SNS share: Whether the recipient has shared it on SNS other than LinkedIn
    • When each status icon is activated in green, it means it is complete.
  • Issuance date: The date the certificate was first issued.
  • Expiration date: The date the certificate’s validity period ends.
    • If not set, it is displayed as “Permanent Credential.”
  • Issuance notification: The method by which the certificate issuance notice was delivered to the recipient.
    • Displayed as either KakaoTalk or email.

At the top of the screen, you can filter the issuance history by various conditions:

  • Name, email search: Filter by recipient name or email
  • Certificate type: Select only specific certificates to filter
  • Certificate status: All / Issued / Scheduled / Expired
  • Receipt/share status: All / Received / SNS shared / LinkedIn shared
  • Period: Select a start date and end date to search based on the issuance date

After selecting multiple recipients with the checkboxes, you can perform the following actions:

  • Edit scheduled issuance date: Edit the scheduled date of certificates set for scheduled issuance.
  • Resend notification: Resend the certificate notice message to recipients
  • Excel download: Save the selected history as an Excel file
  • Certificate PDF download: Download the selected certificates as PDFs in bulk
  • Edit issuance date: Edit the certificate issuance date
  • Edit expiration date: Edit the validity-period end date
  • Delete: Permanently delete the selected issuance history (cannot be recovered)

Issuance History Detail Page

When you click each item in the issuance history, you can check the detailed information for that certificate.

On the detail screen, you can perform individual follow-up actions for the selected certificate.

  • Level: You can set the student grade or the stage information to be displayed in the certificate information.
  • Completion period: You can enter the period during which that student carried out their learning.
    • This information takes precedence over the completion period set in certificate creation.
  • Issuance date: You can individually set or edit the certificate’s validity start date.
  • Expiration date: You can individually set or edit the certificate’s end date.
    • If not set, it is displayed as “Permanent Credential.”
  • Per-person comment: You can display a customized message together with the certificate.
  • Delete: Permanently deletes the selected issuance history from the system. It cannot be recovered.
  • Resend message: Resends the certificate receipt notice message to the recipient.
  • PDF download: Downloads the recipient’s certificate as a PDF file.
  • View recipient screen: Goes to the user detail page for that certificate.
  • Save: Saves the edited content.

Frequently asked questions

You can check records such as the recipient, date and time, and status (completion / receipt) of the badges you have issued. You can also view the detailed history for each issuance.
Keeping issuance history as data lets you operate, provide proof, and handle disputes without omissions. Renewal and reissuance history is managed together as well.
You can aggregate issuance and completion data and use it as operational material. You can export it for reporting and settlement and reprocess it.
