Discord Integration Guide: How to Set Up Automatic Kolleges Badge Notifications

When you integrate a Discord server with your Kolleges group, a real-time notification is sent to the designated channel as soon as a certificate is issued, and recipients can also share to Discord from the receiving page. To set up the integration, send your server and channel ID to customer support to apply.

What is Discord Integration?
When you integrate a Discord server with your Kolleges group, then when a certificate is issued
Once the integration is complete, recipients can use the Discord sharing feature on the certificate receiving page.
You can check the above activity as real-time notifications in the issuer’s Discord server channel.
Copying Your Discord Server/Channel ID
The issuer’s Discord server/channel ID is required for Discord integration.
- In Discord, click the {User Settings} button to the right of the profile at the bottom.
- In the left side menu, click [App Settings] > [Advanced].
- Switch the [Developer Mode] toggle to {ON}.
- Right-click the Discord server profile you want to integrate.
- Click [Copy Server ID] to copy the server ID.
- Right-click the Discord channel you want to integrate.
- Click [Copy Channel ID] to copy the channel ID.
Requesting Discord Integration
Send the copied server ID and channel ID to Kolleges 1:1 Customer Support.
After customer support reviews them, Discord integration is applied in order.
- Discord integration is not set up directly on the admin page; instead, the integration is carried out through customer support.
