Confirming it worked

You are done once the certificate file (PNG or PDF) is saved at the bottom of your browser or in your downloads folder. Opening the PDF shows the certificate image along with the verification QR and URL.

Troubleshooting

The download doesn’t start Your browser may have blocked the popup or the download. Change the block notice in the address bar to allow, then try again. You can also save the image with [Download certificate PNG] in the share window.

The QR gets cut off when I print Print the PDF with ‘actual size (100%)’ or ‘fit to page’ selected. The QR and URL must come out intact for verification to work.

Frequently asked questions

A PNG image suits email attachments and social posts, while a PDF — which carries a verification QR and URL — suits printing and formal submissions. PNG is easy to drop straight onto a screen, and PDF includes a QR and URL so it can still be verified online even when submitted on paper. Pick the format in the [Download] menu according to your purpose.
Yes, the PDF includes the same verification QR and URL as the certificate screen. If the recipient scans the QR or visits the URL, they can confirm it is genuine on the issuer's verification page. Verification works with no separate login, even if you only hand over the file.
No, the verification QR and URL remain on the printout itself, so authenticity can be confirmed online even when you submit it on paper. The digital original and the verification page stay valid regardless of printing. When printing, output at 'actual size (100%)' so the QR and URL do not get cut off.
Yes, you can press [Download] in a mobile browser and save it as a PNG or PDF. The saved file appears in your phone's downloads folder or files app. You can also save the image with [Download certificate PNG] on the share screen.
Your browser may have blocked the popup or the download. Change the block notice in the address bar to allow, then try again. If that still doesn't work, save the image with [Download certificate PNG] in the share window, or try a different browser.
PNG suits putting it into your resume file as an image, while PDF suits attaching the certificate as a separate document or printing it for submission. The PDF includes the verification QR and URL, so a recruiter can confirm authenticity right away. If you would rather use a link instead, use Copy link on the share screen.
