Permissions required The person who received the invitation
1. Checking the invitation email
When an admin sends a member invitation, an email titled “You have been invited to the OO workspace” arrives from support@kolleges.net. If you do not see it, check your spam folder as well.
2. Logging in with the invited account
Before opening the link, make sure you are logged in with the same account as the invited email address.
Caution: If you open the link while logged in with a different account, a notice reading “You must log in with the invited account to accept” appears and acceptance does not proceed. In that case, log out, log back in with the invited email address, and open the link again.
3. Reviewing the details and accepting
When you press the acceptance link in the email, the following information appears organized as a card.
- Workspace name
- The role to be granted
- Who invited you
- The invited email address
If the details are correct, press [Accept invitation]. If the invitation came to you by mistake, press [Decline].
Confirming completion
Once you accept, that institution appears in the list on the workspace selection screen. Select the institution to enter, and you can start working right away within the scope of the role you were granted.
Frequently asked questions
I cannot find the invitation link.
Check for mail from the sender support@kolleges.net, including your spam folder. If it is still missing, ask the admin who invited you to resend it. Invitation links expire seven days after they are sent, and once expired the admin can send a new one.
I do not have an account created with the invited email address.
First create a Kolleges admin account with that email address, then open the same link again and accept.
Where can I check my role?
You can check it beneath the institution name on the workspace selection screen, or on the Members tab of the Workspace menu.
