Two alert panels to check first

When you enter issuance status, panels appear above the list depending on the situation. Look here before scanning the list.

Reading it on two axes, delivery and validity

Delivery and validity indicate different things. You need to look at both values together to know the situation accurately.

Handling several items at once

Selecting several items with the checkboxes in the list reveals action buttons above.

  • [Edit issue and expiry dates] - Correct a mistaken date without revoking
  • [Download PDF] · [Download Excel] - Download only the selected items
  • [Send again] - Resend the selected items in bulk
  • [Revoke] - Revoke the selected items in bulk

Acting on individual items

From the ”⋯” on the right of each row, you can run [Send again] and [Revoke] directly.

Exporting the list

With [Download file] at the top right of the screen, you can get the full issuance list as a file. Use it for reports to management or for internal record keeping.

Two things worth knowing

Pressing the information (ⓘ) icon next to the screen title explains the following.

  • Revoked items are shown as well. Scheduled issuances, by contrast, have not been issued yet, so they are not in the list and appear separately in the issuance schedule panel above.
  • If a recipient changes their name, the name shown on screens that are drawn fresh, such as the wallet and verification pages, changes automatically. However, the certificate image file created at the time of issuance keeps the old name.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between “not received” and “delivery failed”?

Not received means the email arrived but the recipient has not opened it; delivery failed means the email bounced and never arrived at all. Only delivery failures are collected in a separate panel.

Do revoked certificates disappear from the list?

No. They remain in the list and only the validity status changes.

Why are my scheduled issuances not in the list?

Because they have not been issued yet. You can check them in the issuance schedule panel at the top of the screen and choose [Issue now] or [Cancel schedule].
